Vibrant Emotional Health

ROLE: Experience Designer

TIMELINE: Oct. 2023 – Dec. 2024

Vibrant Emotional Health provides critical mental health services across the U.S., including oversight of the 988 Suicide + Crisis Lifeline. I partnered with Vibrant as an Experience Designer across multiple initiatives, helping improve internal tools, data dashboards, and user processes to better serve internal staff, external partners, and government stakeholders. My role spanned usability testing, dashboard UX improvements, accessibility audits, process redesign, and information architecture.

McDonalds

ROLE: Experience Design Analyst

TIMELINE: Aug. 2023 – Oct. 2023

Developed content and learning activities for multiple sessions during a large-scale conference for General Managers of a fast food chain. Produced post-conference communications. Helped define action plan and future success measurement recommendations all while applying a user-centric mindset to all deliverables.

Cook County Health

ROLE: Experience Design Researcher

TIMELINE: Nov. 2022 – Jan. 2023

Assisted Healthcare company in efforts to increase recruiting and retaining nurses. Aligned with stakeholders and prepared for nurse focus groups. Drafted various communication messaging and recruiting materials. Facilitated co-creation session with our internal team to identify pipeline ideas. Facilitated focus groups with internal and external nurses to understand what they look for in a new job and co-created recruiting idea. Synthesized what we learned in focus groups and reported out learnings and recommendations to inform recruiting efforts.

ROLE: Experience Designer (Sole Contributor)

TIMELINE: Nov. 2022 – Jan. 2023

 

Updated financial services company’s audience platform and UI changes in Figma. Created clickable prototypes and incorporated the company’s visual components per their brand guidelines. Created various design concepts for future state capabilities and revised based on client feedback. Worked directly with the client product owner during consistent meetings setting them up for continued UI/UX improvement moving forward.

ROLE: Experience Designer

TIMELINE: May 2022 – Aug. 2022

 

Conducted audits of client’s current wealth management platform products and features. Analyzed competitors’ websites, and researched trends to inform style guide and UI features to refresh platform. Created executive presentation summarizing feedback collected from field users during prioritization workshop to share insights and collaborate on platform design decisions. Partnered with senior designer to leverage research findings to create a seamless and user-centric wealth management platform experience.
